"DREAM CHASERS"

 

I STILL HAVE A DREAM!

​

No matter how old or young, we must never stop trusting God and believing God has more for us to achieve. That 'MORE' keeps us dreaming.  We all have dreams but there's a difference between a Dream Chaser and one who simply dreams. A Dream Chaser is a believer with the  courage to follow their heart and the faith to succeed in their pursuits. Dream Chasers understand it takes action and requires consistency. Consistency must be fueled by determination.

 

"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

John 15:5, NIV

"If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you." John 15:7, NIV

 

The Dream Chaser must always remember that as he or she chases his/her dream, to never stop chasing God. We must never lose focus of God's position in our life. God calls us his 'co-workers'; meaning we are not in this alone but we have God's support throughout the pursuit of our dream.

 

When God gives us a dream, He intends to use it not only to bless us, but to bless others as well. Our dreams are not ours alone. They are part of a larger story. God designed them to touch and transform the lives of people we may never meet. He wants to use our dreams to bless the nations and to draw them to Him. When we understand this, it will become clear that we must always be willing to give God access to our dreams. We must be willing to adapt and change, to expand our vision until the scope of our dream matches God's greater plan.

 

We will never succeed in achieving our God-given dreams if we seek to reach them by carnal, worldly, or sinful means. Realizing this truth will protect us when we are tempted with the opportunity to compromise our spiritual integrity for the sake of our dreams. Remember that God is the one who gave you the dream! He will provide you with the means to achieve it, and that provision will always be true to His nature and His character. Attempting to chase our dreams through ungodly methods will only hurt and delay us in the end, because it will take us off the path that God has prepared to lead us into our destinies.

 

Never let the passage of time or the size of our opposition dull our passion or zeal for achieving the dreams in our hearts. NEVER give up! Remember that our Almighty God is on our side and He is the one pushing  us forward and leading us into our promises

 

I Still Have a Dream, What About You?

Your dreams may not seem any more possible today than they did years ago.  But believe they are as alive, and true to God right now as they have ever been; and in this moment He is calling you to return to your beginnings, to reexamine the dreams that once filled you with hope and joy. If you look to God you will find Him there, waiting to breathe new life into those very things that you've left behind.​
